A Bit About Me

Ever since I can remember people have always fascinated me. I seemed to be very adept at solving people's "life" problems and never tired of the constant flow of friends asking for my help. I have always been a good listener and have a lot of patience and empathy for people but more importantly I wanted to reach out to them and let them see that every single one of us has a potential to be the best we can be and that we are all individual, unique beings who are capable of so much!

I have over 25 years experience in relationship matters and gained a certificate of excellence in 1981 for Life Coaching. During this time I have helped people with a wide range of issues including relationships, parenting, separation, infidelity, anxiety, sex therapy, stress management, grief, building confidence and self esteem. I have written for advice columns in the past and have been an "expert" on Advice sites online for a number of years (sometimes under the alias of "Ask Eve") but decided now was the time to branch out on my own.

You will find me down to earth and easy to talk to. I don't shock easily and I'm non judgemental. Do not be embarrassed and feel you can't talk about taboo subjects, I am very open minded and will not bamboozle you with language/jargon you don't understand like some therapists. I have no fancy letters or titles before or after my name (I don't need that to validate what I do.) I will answer you honestly and in plain English but above all, I'm here for you as long as you need me. I also have a sense of humour and a very positive attitude to life. I enjoy my work immensely and get a great deal of self fulfilment when I see relationships and individuals I've helped reach their full potential through our sessions together.

I am a mother of two boys and live in Scotland. I have a strong interest in Psychology and Spirituality and have been told in the past "I tell it like it is!" I'm passionate at what I do. My hobbies include Dream Interpretation and Astrology.
